Jeffrey Ellis Karn is a  realtor, top producing agent and mentor at Exodus Real Estate. With over a decade in the real estate industry, Jeff  has established an incredible reputation as an esteemed leader, highly regarded by his clients and colleagues.

A true New Jersey native, Jeff was born at Clara Mass in Belleville and later resided in Newark and Caldwell. Jeff attended St. Francis in Newark, Norte Dame in Caldwell,Our Lady of the Lake in Verona and graduated from the prestigious Delbarton in Morristown.

Inspired by his father, cousins and uncles successful careers in real estate, Jeff pursued a career in real estate. In 2007 Jeff started in real estate appraisals and later shifted to real estate sales. Jeff has experienced a plethora  of multifaceted real estate transactions including residential leasing and sales, commercial leasing, and new construction.

While committing to diligently serve home buyers and homeowners , Jeff has also  trained and mentored over 30 real estate agents. Jeffrey is the recipient of the 2020 NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award®.

If Jeff is not managing agents or closing transactions, he enjoys hiking, cooking and tennis. Jeff resides in Hawthorne NJ with his wife and two kids.
